Hoy en día , los historiadores se afanan meticulosamente para catalogar las épocas del pasado, los eventos y el orden en que tuvieron lugar. Los arqueólogos hacen comparaciones, pruebas del carbono-14, análisis de restos del mismo periodo... todo con el expreso deseo de descubrir la historia de nuestros antecesores, desde los tiempos inmemoriales en que dejamos atrás al mono hasta el ayer. Pero, por mucho que lo intenten aparecen las incoherencias, contradicciones, imposibilidades. Faltan piezas, eslabones perdidos que deberían estar en algún sitio y que, sin embargo, no lo están. Y surgen esqueletos que creemos que corresponden a ciertos dinosaurios y enormes reptiles. Pero todo esto se debe a que es un intento futil. Los hechos no se produjeron en ese orden, ni exactamente en ninguno en particular, solo se produjeron. Y no se dieron lugar en el año x, o durante el reinado de tal o cual, sino que se dieron en ese espacio nebuloso del tiempo mítico, en el cual se forjan las leyendas. P
